Justice from Courts for Kids

When parents can't raise their children under one roof or at least in a civil situation, the kids pay a very high price. Most kids will tell you they love both parents, so why do so many people make them chose between Mom & Dad?

Our judicial system over looks what is really in the best interest of kids. – The courts find themselves listening to Mom or Dad shoot down the other and then they judge the merits of the testimony by who the attorney is and how well they trust the attorney to have found out all the details.

Don't assume because you pay an attorney a lot of money, you will win your case. Most of the time they do not talk to the children and they pay more attention to who your attorney is or is not then they do about the true evidence. Then of course, you have to weigh in the fact of whether the judge is one that believes that all children belong with their mother...NO MATTER WHAT.

As you make your way through JCK, please take note that all events we do named in some way with JCK, is for the benefit of the children. JCK was started to help our founders grandchildren know their other family was still here and loved them very much. It has progressed into a very effective way to let all children of divorce and/or separation know their other side of the family is out here and loves them very much.

Keep them Happy! Let them have BOTH Parents!

Kids are very smart, they can understand more then a lot of adults if given the chance. They have the ability to love all their bio family and if the need be, they can love a step family as well. Give them the opportunity to show you just what they are capable of. They will surprise you beyond your wildest imagination. It's much easier for them to love you both out in the open and let you take your hatred to bed with you at night and cover your head to cry...instead of them having to cover their heads under the cover at night and cry cause they love you both so much.

At 60 years old, our founder has come to realize that unless a child is in physical harm's way they can handle most anything you throw at them. After all, you are the one that gave them Mom or Dad, why punish them now by taking Mom or Dad away cause you don't want the other person anymore.

Maybe your child should come first and their rights should be recognized before you make up your mind to dispose of their other parent or grandparents.

The rights of the parents should come second, but they should never, not come at all. We all should have rights, and all should share in those rights as a family, even if you are no longer together. Your child needs you BOTH, and you BOTH need your child.

Can you be the person your child needs you to be? Can you let the other parent be the person they need to be? Can you close your eyes and try to put yourself in your child's heart and make the right decision for YOUR child and not for yourself?

Help your child help you. Let them love you as much as they do by allowing them to have both parents and all grandparents in their lives.
